scatola non arrivata!

ho spedito una scatola il 14 settembre dall'italia a Palma di Mallorca...pacco celere internazionale
oggi e' il 2 ottobre e non e' ancora arrivata...
e' ferma alla dogana di palma.
perche'?? non si sa'.
dopo 48 euro!
si spera arrivi, ma che ne dite voi?
